With professional and competence development as the very DNA of Oris Dental, brought to life via the Oris Academy, our course catalog is a work that is always approached with great ambition and corresponding awe. We will constantly increase the quality of our own dental services and dental technical productions by investing in the continuing education of our own employees, while at the same time we want to offer dental professionals across the country relevant further development. Commitment to the profession is what drives us, so the development of the course catalog is one of the most exciting things we do.
Clinically oriented training for all professional groups is the main focus of the physical courses we offer via Academy. A strong driver for which courses we add is the feedback from all Oris Dental employees via the employee survey, as well as suggestions from course participants both inside and outside the organization. We also work closely with our partners who take the pulse of the industry and provide input.
When we develop courses, this is based on three parameters that must always be taken into account:
1. The courses must have high professional value
2. The courses should contain practical learning to take back to the clinic
3. The courses should be based on and updated on the latest in the field
At Oris Dental, we are fortunate to have a treasure trove of skilled, committed course providers. Everything from specialists, general dentists, dental hygienists and secretaries to technical experts on Opus, for example.
This year's course catalogue has been developed with something for the entire dental health team: one, two and three-day lecture and work courses, afternoon courses - and not least our annual mentoring program MCP, which we are very proud of. In the course catalog you'll find the first 35, but we estimate that we'll end up with around 60 courses and webinars this season. In addition, we'll soon be launching an exciting surprise.
