Leadership & Clinical Advisory Boards

Oris Academy brings together expertise from across our organisation to support professional development, knowledge-sharing, and clinical excellence throughout Scandinavia.

Hauk Øyri, Director of Academy, has overall responsibility for Oris Academy. He leads its continued development, ensures a varied and relevant course offering, and promotes collaboration and synergies across Norway, Sweden, and Denmark – the three countries where Oris Dental and O Dental operate.

The Nordic Executive Board sets the overarching direction for Oris Academy. With a Scandinavian perspective and a long-term strategic focus, the board identifies shared priorities, develops opportunities across borders, and ensures that the Academy evolves in line with the ambitions of the wider organisation.

At country level, the operational Clinical Advisory Boards in Norway and Denmark work closely with local management and operations. Their role is to translate the Nordic direction into relevant initiatives, contribute local insight, and support the planning and delivery of activities adapted to each market. In Sweden, this work is led by two co-heads, who perform a similar role in close collaboration with the Swedish organisation.
